Do you use scented products in the making of your yarns?

No we do not. We use professional acid dyes and food grade citric acid and heat to fix the dyes. After dyeing we rinse the yarns in cool water then hang to dry.

Can I wash the yarns in the washing machine if they're superwash?

Technically you can. But we don't recommend it. The dyes are washfast in cool or tepid water. Heat can unbond some dye molecules. We recommend a cool water soak of your finished item, blocking and air drying. You've worked hard on your beautiful item so please hand wash it!

Do you have a store that I can visit and purchase from?

No we do not , we only have an internet presence.

What if I don't like the yarn I received, am I stuck with it? Say it isn't so!!

Of course you're not. Contact us here, we'll work with you and do whatever we need to do to make you happy.

Why does the status say complete for my order but I haven't received it yet?

The status is actually the payment status of your order. Complete means that it processed for payment without a glitch and we have the order. 

If you're refunded or if your order is cancelled, status reflects that too. It doesn't denote the actual production progress of your order. When your order is ready to ship, we generate a shipping label through Paypal and your order will change status to shipped. We'll include your tracking number for you in your order history.

How long does it usually take to receive my order?

Our yarns are one of a kind and unique, and we know you want your yarn fast. Some of our yarns are ready to ship but most are dyed to order. Please allow us up to 10-14 business days once your order is received in to us to process your order. We ship from Massachusetts.

Sometimes there is a day delay in shipping. We always have current processing times listed on the front page of our website.

We process orders in the order that we receive them. Be assured we'll get your order completed as fast as we can. We know you want your yarn quickly!

Do you do all the dyeing yourself?

Yes, we dye all of our colorways ourselves. We use professional dyes, and we love making color pop on our yarn and rovings!

Do you ship Internationally?

We sure do! We would need to invoice you at the time of the order for product and shipping. You can send us a message here, with what you'd like to order and tell us where we're shipping. We'll come back to you with a total and will Paypal invoice you. Please be aware that you will be responsible for additional VAT fees, custom fees and import fees if they are applicable to your purchase.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

At this time we do not offer wholesale.

Is your work area pet and smoke free?

Yes it is. We do not smoke and our pets are not allowed into the studio area.
